Shipping and Return Policy
- KAL Partz will ship all items using FedEx shipping services.
- We will ship the product within 2 business days after receiving the order.
- Orders placed after 12PM PST will be shipped in next 2 business days
- Ground shipping takes 3-7 days after we ship the product, delivery depends upon the destination address.
- Products may be shipped same day if ordered before 12PM PST or next day if the order is placed after 12PM PST.
- Express shipping takes 1-3 days depending upon the destination address
- Products will be shipped same day if ordered before 12PM PST or next day if the order is placed after 12PM PST.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on shipping type, destination, weight and dimension of the product.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International Shipping
- We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico; additional shipping will be charged by the carrier for these destinations.
- We do not ship to international address right now.
30 Day Return Policy
- All products are returnable for any reason - within 30 days of the original invoice date
- No restocking fee will be charged
- A credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the part, your credit will be issued against the original method of payment that was provided during the purchase.
- A return can be initiated by emailing email@example.com – with subject line Return – order id
- A return label will be sent via email, simply affix the return label to the package and drop at specific carrier.
- Every return will have a unique return ID for return tracking purposes that will be created by us internally.
- After 30 days are lapsed, all sales are final sales.
- Returned item must be in new, unbroken and in sellable condition.
- Product must be in original packaging. Used, installed or modified parts will not be accepted for returns.
- Unaccepted returns may be shipped back to customer upon their request at customer’s expense.
- Unaccepted returns will have partial refundable amount. All expenses incurred during shipping will be deducted.

Full price of the part purchased (including tax) minus:
NOTE: Customer paid shipping charges will not be refunded.
- The original cost KAL Partz paid to ship the product.
- The cost of prepaid return label
If items shipped were wrong
- If we shipped wrong items, we take full responsibility of the return and we will refund the full amount you paid.
- OR if you choose, we can ship the correct part with no shipping cost to you, subject to part price adjustment.
